This floral line of fabric is just beautiful. This quilt has the traditional and the contemporary together. We have used this pattern many times befor, using a large print and smaller prints together. This quilt goes together quite quickly. I hope you enjoy it like we did.

The blue and yellow line of fabric is just beautiful. It has refreshing colors with a high contrast of white backgrounds. We used two different blocks, a star and a four patch. The dark blue setting triangles and corners framed this quilt nicely. The first border is left over fabric from making the blocks. The second border a beautiful border print finished with a striped fabric for binding.

We just love this line of fabric. It has refreshing colors with a high contarst of white backgrounds. We used this block and adapted it to work with fat quarter selection we had. The pattern utilized most of the fabric with little waste.

We decided to use batiks for this project to change things up a little. Batiks are a little different than using regular cottons. Batik fabrics are dyed on high thread count fabric and an over-dye process is used to get the depth in the color and patterns. It is highly recommended that you wash all batiks befor using.

This line of fabric has rich deep tones of chocolate browns, with a splash of lights. We came up with a pattern and arranged the blocks to create a barn raising pattern in the quilt that is most effective. We added three borders to frame the blocks that complimented the body of the quilt.

Holly Taylor has a reputation of designing fabric that brings us back to nature. This new line combines woodsy colrs with splashes of deep browns and reds. We used a traditional block, Courthouse Steps. We decided which fabrics we were going to use as lights.

This lovely line of floral fabric has an antique look to it. I came up with a nine patch block that is half light pink and half medium dark blue. The blocks are laid out in the quilt and are in a barn raising pattern which is quit effective. Imagine using your stash with this pattern. The possibilities are endless.

This Floral Line of Fabric is just beautiful. This quilt brings the traditional and the contemporary together. One block is outlined with the darker fat quarters and the rest of the fabric we cut up into strips and made another block to combine. Then we used the beautiful chocolate border print to finish the quilt.

This floral line of fabric is just beautiful. What we didn't want to do is cut it up into small pieces, so we kept the large scale print in tack and made log cabin blocks to compliment them. We used a beautiful border print to finish off this quilt.

Just love the line of fabrice we selected from this huge line of fabric, 12 of them for our Cotton Pickin' Club. The rest of the line is in browns and red which will be in the store for sale also. The turquoise and brown colors are very current and will be a great gift for someone on your Christmas list.
I am making the store sample as a table cloth.

We had fun trying to come up with a pattern that utilized 3 light fat quarters with 9 dark fat quarters. This line of fabric has a woodsy Christmas feel and it was finished with a holly border. Our sample will use Hobbs Thermore batting which is perfect for a table cloth.

This simple pattern shows off the soft lines of florals. The nine inch blocks were easy to put together once all the squares where cut. The firdt thing that came to mind when the quilt was finished with a large pink floral was strawberries.

We have combined two traditional blocks to make this awesome quilt. We used the 4 light fat quarters in both blocks as backgrounds. The dark fabrics were used in both blocks and the setting and corner triangles. Both the blocks sre set on point which makes the layout even more interesting. We are going to use Hobbs Thermore Batting in our quilt to make it into a table topper or a light summer quilt.

This pattern that Lynn came up with is so effective with this fabric, we just love it. It combines two blocks that make this project a delight. The twelve fat quarters consist of 4 lime green fat quarters to be used for the background of your pinwheel block & 8 reds/browns for your pinwheel blocks and your 4 patch blocks.

You will enjoy putting this wonderful fabric together in this simple yet effective pattern. It almost uses equal amounts of plain and half square triangle squares. So feel free to create your own design or just follow what we did in our sample. We divided the fat quarters into lights and darks, some fabrics were border line light/dark, so we made a decision early with which we would treat as darks and which we would treat as lights.

If this pattern looks familiar to you, you have probably seen it in the store. We also used this pattern for one of our Flannel Club projects. We felt it was a good pattern to show off these beautiful blue and yellow florals in this line. This pattern is easy and fun to do, we hope you enjoy it!

In this quilt we have used an interesting block that was fun to make. At times there can be a challenge, looking for a block that will incorporate the fabrics on hand. We had 4 light fat quarters and 8 dark fat quarters. We used dark fabrics for sashings with light cornerstones. I would have preferred to use light sashings and dark cornerstones. There was not enough light fabric to do this, but your choice can be different by ordering 1/2 meter extra of a light to accomplish this.
